The sleeveless, zip-up style is smart enough for almost any workplace while offering plenty of room to move. An elastic draw cord with toggles at the hemline allows for a tailored fit, while the elongated back hem offers extra coverage when it's cold. The high neck with its standing collar brings an elevated feel to this go-anywhere piece that's perfect for between seasons. Meanwhile, 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation ensures lightweight warmth and a breathable finish.
